1. About transportation
In Europe and the United States, we use high-quality express services to arrive about 7-20. If we can provide an effective pickup phone number, which is very helpful for transportation, we will be responsible for all losses. You need to make sure that your address is correct, and the loss of mail due to an incorrect address is not within the scope of compensation.
In other regions and some large items, we will use China Post Express for about 15-30 days under normal circumstances. We are responsible for all losses!
2. Return
We support the return buyer to contact me within 30 days to ensure the integrity of the project without affecting the secondary sales. We will accept the return and the buyer will pay the return freight.
3. Regarding after-sales service
If you are not satisfied with the received product or believe that the description does not match or there are discrepancies, or if there are errors in the item description, we support returning the product within 30 days. We do not support only refunding the buyer to keep the product. Please note that the collectibles are old and may have potential defects. If you cannot accept it, please return it within 30 days.
