IMPORTANT NOTE ON ORDERING: FRAMES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. For US/Canada, please refer to the IMPERIAL SIZE when ordering (In inches). For all other markets, please refer to the METRIC SIZE when ordering (in CM). For example, if a print size is listed as “20×28 inches/50x70cm”, you will receive a 20×28 inches print if you are in Canada/US, and you will receive a 50x70cm print if you are located in any other region. This is very important to keep note when picking a matching frame for your print.

– This is a physical product. You will receive the fully printed + shipped art print.
– Frames are sold separately.
– Choose from 200gsm premium matte fine art paper or 200gsm silk fine art paper. Both are museum quality, FSC certified, and ethically sourced.
– Premium matte paper reduces glare and fingerprint, which is great for hanging in bright areas. Premium silk paper has a slight sheen and is great for bringing out vibrancy in the artwork.
– High-quality printing which produces fade-proof colors that last a lifetime.
► PLEASE NOTE◄
– By default, the art goes all the way to the edge of the print, unless specifically shown framed by a border in the mockup photos. If you would like to add custom white borders, please message us ♥.
– The colors may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display from one viewing device to another due to the color calibration of your device or monitor.
– For vintage artworks, there may be textures on the artwork which are true to the original copy of work. These are not production errors. Texture is especially prominent on vintage oil painting or Japanese woodblock artwork.

► REFUND POLICY◄
For PHYSICAL ART PRINTS:
– We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for products that are damaged/incorrect. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and send it to us. The shipping costs for returning the items will be fully covered by us in case of damaged/incorrect orders. In other scenarios, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– If a package is returned due to an incorrect address/inaccessible delivery location/unpicked up items from the post office, additional shipping fees will incur for us to post the package back to you. A tracking number is provided with every order, please ensure to track your package closely.
